Shipping & Cash on Delivery Policy

Delivery within Pakistan

We deliver to locations in Pakistan served by our courier partners. Delivery availability may depend on your city, area, and courier coverage.

Order processing and delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes an estimated 3–7 business days. Remote areas, public holidays, weather, or courier delays may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping and COD charges

Shipping and cash-on-delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place your order. The courier should collect the final order total shown at checkout. No additional COD fee should be charged unless it was disclosed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in locations where our courier partner provides this service. Please pay the order total in cash to the courier when your parcel is delivered. Order-value limits and COD availability may depend on the courier.

We may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order or delivery details. If we cannot verify the order, dispatch may be delayed or the order may be cancelled.

Delivery details and missed deliveries

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number, and remain available to receive your parcel. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may return the parcel to us. Contact us if you need help arranging another delivery attempt. We will tell you about any additional delivery charge before applying it.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
